Being Fillipino means you have ties to LATIN blood, hence the last names AND physical appearance of many fillipino’s. When you say she’s not ‘latina’, if you mean LATIN AMERICA or SOUTH AMERICA, you’re correct… however, if you mean ‘hispanic’, The phillipines used to be a colony of spain, thus making her in SOME WAY part hispanic.
