Christian Meier ain’t playing with his ex-wife Marisol Aguirre.

His attorney Armando Lengua Balbi has just filed paperwork in Peruvian court, demanding that Marisol at least contributes 30% of the money (in addition to picking up the cost flack for her own medical insurance) needed to take care of the three kids the couple have together, while Christian would generously provide the remaining 70%.

This must be bad news in Marisol’s ears, as she recently scoffed at a request to lower her alimony payments to $12,000 Peruvian soles, which would convert to about $4168.80 in U.S. dollars.

We certainly hope that Christian’s current girlfriend Génesis Rodríguez is taking some notes on this! Let’s face it, the way a man treats the first wife, is the way he usually treats the next ex-wife.

So pay attention, Genny!

And what do you all think with Christian’s demands? Should his wife really chip in in the monetary support of their children; she is an actress in Peru in addition to being a TV host after all, or should Christian be the sole provider?

Rumors have been swirling that Génesis Rodríguez was expecting Christian Meier’s child, but Christian spoke to the press this week to eliminate speculations over his girlfriend’s alleged pregnancy:

“Esa información es falsa, Génesis no está embarazada.”

It’s not true. Génesis is not pregnant.

So, if she’s not pregnant, why did she reportedly pulling out of the telenovela La mal parida that she had been filming in Chile?

Perhaps it was because the weather there wasn’t too accommodating for Genny?

Meanwhile, Christina Milian is expected to drop her baby anyday now. She had her baby shower over the weekend, and actually treated the guests to celebrity spa Valerie’s of Beverly Hills. We were wishing it was a girl, and our wish was granted.

Christina is a little anxious though. She told OK! Magazine:

“I am nervous about giving birth to the baby. That’s probably the most nerve-wracking part of it all. Every day I wonder, ‘What happens if she comes earlier than expected?”

As long as The Dream doesn’t pass out in the hospital, she’ll be fine. She’ll have the cutest baby ever.

We’re glad that Carmencita’s not in any Genesis Rodriguez-like escandalos, you know where you’re like underage niña and you get seduced by the leading man (cough, cough Mauricio Islas) in a hit telenovela (cough, cough Prisoniera, also starring Gabriela Spanic) that you both are starring in.

Carmen’s dad was acatually a cop in Columbia, so maybe that’s got something to do with it? Anyway, Carmen is Telemundo’s biggest star right now, and she’s aware of it, thank you very much, telling TV Y Novelas magazine:
