‘¡Caray! Daddy Yankee, the gangster of them all got outsmarted by some really intelligente thieves while staying at a hotel in Argentina.

His entire crew, including his lawyer and PR folks got their stuff robbando too. People en Espanol reports that:

Among those responsible is presumed to be one of the hotel staff who had access to three hotel rooms that were hit. Among the items that were stolen were Laptops, a blackberry, and a large sum of money. Daddy Yankee’s safe containing his passport and his wife’s passport were also taken.

But his blingado (one of which you can see around his neck in the pic above) is safe, thank goodness. Bet Daddy Yankee is really thanking the virgencita for that one.

If anything Mariah Carey’s marriage seems to be bringing the creativity out of her more. Here she is with her marido Nick Cannon, dressed as a Victoria Secret model/fireman.

Dulce Maria’s RBD contract ends soon, and chicas, she’s not about to let fellow RBD bandmate Maite Perroni get all the telenovela action, so yes Hissipers, your intuition is correct, Dulce is going to be starring in a telenovela post-Rebelde.

Here’s the scoop:

La cantante dijo estar emocionada, ya que su papel será muy diferente al que hiciera en la famosa novela ‘Rebelde’.
“Ya estamos en talleres y en lo personal me integro a las grabaciones a finales del mes de diciembre porque por esas fechas terminamos la gira (del grupo RBD)”, expresó en entrevista a un medio mexicano.

The singer said she was quite happy that her role will be very different from the character she’s known for in the famous telenovela Rebelde. “We’re going to start filming during the last week of December, which is around the time the RBD concert tour will end”, she explained in an interview with Mexican media.

As you all know, Maite currently stars at Marichuy in Cuidado con el Angel opposite William Levy; Dulce’s as-of-yet untitled telenovela is supposed to be a remake of Verano del 98, a telenovela from Argentina. Pee Wee and Kuno Becker may possibly be her costars.

It goes without saying that it’s going to be competition. Who can make the better actress and establish the most solid career? And who can shake the Rebelde fame, and emerge as a true artist? Guess, we’ll have to see.

Jorge Lavat and his daughter Adriana continue to be estranged. If you’re a stranger to this saga, the problem is basically this: Adriana accused Jorge of molesting her as a child. Those allegations didn’t help the actor, who was given less and less roles. And, he continues to be dogged by those ugly allegations.

To add salt to it all, he’s signed an exclusive deal with a magazine for an interview to reveal that Adriana may not be his biological daughter after all.

He was ambushed by the press in Spain and pressed for details, and unfortunately for the media, he remained mum.

“No puedo decir nada, no me interesa hablar más de eso y tampoco me interesa aclarar nada de lo que dije. Me es molesto que publiquen cosas falsas, porque no tiene que meterse nadie en mi vida privada. Yo no me meto en la vida de nadie y por eso pido lo mismo”, advirtió Lavat, y agregó que no emprenderá acciones legales en contra de quienes lo han difamado.”

“I can’t comment, and it doesn’t really interest me to speak much more about this, and I don’t care either to clarify anything I’ve said. It really bothers me when they publish all these lies, because no one has the right to interfere in my private life. I don’t stick my nose in anyone’s life, and I ask for the same in return,” warns Lavat and he added that he won’t bother to take action against those who slandered him.”

La Rivera was a guest on the entertainment talk show El Gordo Y La Flaca and admitted the existence of the sex tape, without naming her fellow sex tape romper. Anyway, someone actually stole the tape, and the singer has already filed a police report.

La cantante finalizó la entrevista pidiendo respeto a los medios de comunicación ante este difícil y embarazoso momento que está atravesando, y dijo que sobre todo ella, siendo madre, se sentía súper avergonzada.

The singer finished off the interview, requesting respect from the media in this difficult and embarassing time, and stated that above all, as a mother, she feels mortified.

Chica, you should have thought of that before you hit ‘record’ . But at least she shows some shame about her homemade goodie.
