Is Sebastian Boscán the Most Underrated Latino Actor in Ever?
I can’t help but feel that Sebastian Boscán is like the most underrated Latino actor in telenovelas, as well as one of the most underappreciated. I’m sick and tired of seeing this rather versatile Colombian actor play second fiddle and being offered all these random character roles, when he’s proven time after time that he can handle bigger fish.
Yeah, I said it Telemundo! What? [*insert eye roll*]
I’m so amazed by his skills as an actor. The first time I saw him was on Telemundo La Mujer en el Espejo as the lying, abusive thief Pedro Baraja. I nearly did a double take when I realized that it was him again playing the effete Lejandro Santos on Pasión de Gavilanes, then passionate doctor in Sin Senos No Hay Paraiso, and then in that Colombian movie La Boda del Gringo—all quite impressive roles. Heck the other day, I stumbled across him again on Doña Bárbara.
Okay, it’s not as if he doesn’t have leading man “looks”. It’s time for him to be given bigger, more substantial roles.
¿Oyiste Telemundo? ¿ Oyiste Telefe?

I will continue to search for him in Novela’s, Movies, etc…. Hopefully if Telemundo, doesn’t promote his great abilities to act in what ever part he is playing, then some other Network will pick him up, and put him on top where he belongs.
