Penélope Cruz Struts Her Fashion Sense at the 2010 Oscars
We’ve seen Penélope Cruz look lovelier at Awards show, especially Oscar events. But this red dress isn’t terrible at all. Just not the sweeping, stately gown we expected she would wear.

Just look at those eyelashes! Most of it is natural! She may have lost her bid for an Oscar this year, but at least her eyelashes are on point.
