Shakira and several Latin American leaders who attend the Ibero-American Summit in Portugal. The conference is organized by ALAS, known to all in most of Latin America as the Fundacion América Latina en Acción Solidaria, is held annually to discuss injustice, inequality and poverty of the world’s children in Latin America.
