Life and Style magazine is reporting that Penélope Cruz actually has a bit role in Sex and the City 2 as a character who’s got her eyes on Mr. Big, one of the TV show’s and the first movie’s characters.

Now that movie franchise has just gotten extra hot.

Penélope Cruz and Pedro Almodóvar were in New York City over the weekend to promote the New York premiere of the movie Los Abrazos Rotos.

Now why do I have the feeling that this film will bring Pedrito some new awards for his mantel, and perhaps, perhaps another Oscar for the engaged (but still-denying-it) Penny.

Now how devoted of an actress is Penélope. She’s a tireless promoter. Most actreses would just show up at the Los Angeles premiere of their foreign movie, and call it a day.

Not our Penélope. She’s traveled to Toronto, Spain and Germany to help boost fan attendance in movie theaters. No wonder Pedro wants her for his movies.

Some busybody told the New York Daily News that Javier Bardem and Penélope Cruz are engaged to be married!

We hope this isn’t going to be another one of those long-term engagements, because Javier and Penny sure do make a great couple.

So this must mean that Penélope has finally gotten over her marriage phobia!

Penélope Cruz makes an interesting subject for a photograph, doesn’t she? She embodies glamour. Here she is in Vanity Fair magazine.

Vanity Fair magazine always seems to bring out the best in our celebrities when it comes to their photographs.

I don’t know which photoshoot was more creative, Penélope’s or Shakira’s. In any case, that magazine does give Latinas some love, so my salutations.

Penélope Cruz was seen at London’s majestic Heathrow Airport, after safely landing from a flight from her Madrid, Spain.

Sources around her are saying that she’s expecting a baby, and well, her physical appearance of late, also hints at that, but Penélope Cruz is taking the time to deny that she’s expecting.

Approached by a USA Today over the weekend at the Toronto Film Festival, the brown-eyed Spaniard said,

“I start getting some presents from friends saying, ‘Congratulations, you’re pregnant.’ And I say, ‘No, I’m not, so return the presents. It’s amazing.”

In the meantime though, she told the Associated Press that kids aren’t exactly out of the question:

“Of course I want to have my own kids, as well as adopt some. I love children and I have a tendency to become a mother to everyone around me. I believe in family, love and children and my life wouldn’t be complete without children.”

Well, we shall see, won’t we, Penny?

We say ravishing because there isn’t a word in the dictionary to define her fineness.

Wow, the dress, the clutch, everything is in place on this wonderful day as the actress went to Canada to support Los Abrazos Rotos premiere at the Toronto Film Festival yesterday.

Looking at her flat belly, perhaps we can now believe her when she keeps ignoring those pregnancy rumors?

Tongues have been wagging for a few weeks now about Penélope Cruz expecting the child of Javier Bardem.

Some sources have claimed that she’s as far as four months along.

Could this be true?

Looking at those photos of her, what do you think?

Penélope’s choice of black is highly suspect, don’t you think? And having that frontal pocket there, right near her abdomen is equally suspect, as if our Little Penny is hiding something!

What’s this? Penny is with child? Indeed, damas y caballeros. According to a source, our beautiful Spaniard is about four months pregnant with Javier Bardem’s child. At 35, Penélope’s biological clcok had just begun with its ticking; well it can stop now.

Now with the happy news of his embarazo, I wonder if this is why she was photographed by the paparazzi in Germany recently during her promotional tour there for her latest movie Los Abrazos Rotos , and shown only from the head to the waist in one photograph, and in another, only from faraway.

Congratulations to the pareja! Penélope has always been opposed to marriage; I wonder if motherhood will change her views at all?
